ABOUT

The Integration Group isn’t your typical, large-scale consulting or coaching provider.

     We are small.
     We are from Alaska.
     We come from Tech.

We’ve learned the power of focusing on a single, tiny spot to create massive leverage in a wild and vast landscape. We focus on strategizing how leaders and teams approach stress. Stress is a symptom – so we find the root. We reshape how people work together, building resilient teams that don’t just endure pressure, but learn to move with and through it – gaining renewed clarity and strength along the way.

Our approach enhances a team’s focus, energy, and communication, transforming high-stress environments into spaces of resilience and high-impact performance. We guide organizations in achieving lasting success and energized teams —not through traditional wellness programs, rather by strategically shifting how leaders and teams think, adapt, and operate under pressure. This is our spot: we reduce stress to drive outcomes.

Our Impact: Improved Focus. Resilience. Results.
